The Safelightrails.com story is simple, we work in ski & board terrain parks and have since the beginning of parks. We struggled with heavy rails that had to be lifted with the cats and saw the injuries of those who tried to lift the monsters without them. So we came up with what everyone will find to be the safest, lightest, rails in the world. The Safelightrails are a fraction of what the steel rails weigh because we use high tensile strength 3 inch aluminized Pipe. It offers great strength and is so light that 2 crew members can lift a 40 foot double barrel rail by themselves. Combine this light weight material with snow cutter legs that just cut through most snow so you can set these rails without digging leg holes with a shovel in most snow. But the best part is with our wide underfoot design there is no Poly tops to buckle and break, no screw holes poppin and no suction between the ski and box or rail top. And our boxes that do have Poly tops have NO top mounted screw holes...sweet! if you have ever hit a backed out screw you know what im talking about. What do you have?
